• Preferred Dates: Indicate your preferred dates and times for your upcoming service. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

2. Vehicle Information

• Condition: Briefly describe the current condition of your vehicle, including any specific concerns or areas needing special attention (e.g., watermarks, interior stains).
• Additional Services: Let a team member know if you're interested in additional services, such as ceramic coating, steam cleaning, or engine bay detailing.

3. Appointment Confirmation

• Confirmation: Once we receive your request, we will confirm your appointment via phone or email. We will provide a detailed overview of the scheduled services, the estimated duration, and any preparatory steps.
• Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment depending on the service you selected. This will be applied toward your total service cost. Please follow the instructions provided to complete this process.

4. Vehicle Preparation

• Cleaning: Ensure your vehicle is free of personal belongings. While we will handle all aspects of the detailing, removing items from the interior will facilitate a more thorough service.
• Access: Provide us with access to your vehicle, including any necessary keys or remote entry devices. If the vehicle is parked in a location with limited access, please inform us in advance.

5. On the Day of Service

• Arrival: Our mobile unit with arrive promptly at the scheduled time.
• Inspection: A brief inspection of the vehicle may be conducted to confirm the condition and discuss any last-minute details or concerns.

6. Payment and Finalization

• Payment: Payment for your service can be made via Stripe, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash. We also offer tap-to-pay services immediately following the service. The balance (minus any deposit) is due upon completion of the service.
• Feedback: We value your feedback. After your detailing service, please let us know about your experience so we can continue to provide the highest possible quality to each service provided.
